The Ship Hotel Chichester is the ideal venue for conferences and private events. There is a choice of two function rooms. The larger Guildhall can cater for up to 42 delegates or guests, the smaller Priory suite accommodates up to 20 guests. Evenings for greater numbers can be arranged. We can provide state-of-the-art multi-media equipment and all the usual conference facilities. There is WIFI access throughout the hotel.
Overnight delegate rate (minimum number of delegates 10) £160 per delegate
Costs include: 1 night’s accommodation in a single room (single supplement in twin / king room £25), Continental or full English breakfast, and a two-course lunch and three course evening meal, hire of the conference room, flipchart & screen and refreshments.
Day delegate rate (minimum number of delegates 10) £55 per delegate
Costs include: hire of the conference room, flipchart & screen, a two-course lunch and all refreshments.
Half day delegate rate (minimum number of delegates 10) £40 per delegate
Costs include: hire of the conference room, flipchart and screen and all refreshments.

Booking and cancellation policy
We require a 25% deposit on confirmation, plus credit card details. The balance is to be paid on checkout. We operate a 10 day cancellation period i.e. between 5-10 days before the date of arrival inclusive, there will be a 50% charge; 2-4 days inclusive a 75% charge and within 1 day of arrival a 100% charge. We reserve the right to change our prices without prior notice.
